AutoQ Control System for Smart Cooking for BBQ
The AutoQ Control System for Smart Cooking is a fully integrated system featuring a traditional BBQ manual gas valve with a bypass to an automatic modulating solenoid and an integrated electronic control system with BlueTooth and WiFi connectivity
The key feature the AutoQ is that the BBQ operates as a traditional BBQ without power. The manual valve rotates from Off to High then modulates to low manually. If the user chooses to utilize Smart Cooking they simply push and turn the valve to the Auto position and utilizes the APP or main interface panel to manage their cooking, temperatures, timers…. All aspects of Smart Cooking!
Gas Valve Overview
- The gas valves replicate a traditional BBQ operation with a bypass to an electronic solenoid
- When transitioning from manual to automatic the gas continues to flow to the main burner via an internal orifice
- In manual position the BBQ operates without power and replicates traditional BBQ
- Additional shutoff valve to the manifold for overtemperature and APP connectivity requirements
- Production is at our partner factory in Shaoxing China
Electronics Overview
- The control module integrates the controls for the automatic solenoid for Smart Cooking, the user interface and the Bluetooth / WiFi connectivity
- 1-oven temperature sensor with display
- 2-meat probes with temperature display
